CRM Manager


The CRM Manager is envisioned to define, evaluate and deliver the Institute’s CRM Program aimed at encouraging client retention and loyalty. The role is expected to transform the CRM Tool into a Program that is fit for the specific needs of AIM as a whole and its departments/groups.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Multi-Media Arts, Marketing Management
  • A certification on Multi-Media Technology on Digital Marketing, an advantage
  • Atleast 8 years in a CRM role with excellent strategic and relationship management skills
  • With managerial experience and is able to promote team spirit and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills
