Business Development Coordinator

Description

Coordinate Business Development projects and activities for the School of Executive Education.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years marketing/sales work experience
  • Manage accounts/projects to be assigned by the Business Development Manager/School Head (responsibilities include: arranging external and internal meetings, selling AIM ExecEd Programs, writing proposals, ensuring specific program details are seamlessly coordinated with the program delivery team)
  • Support Program Directors and faculty during client meetings and Training Needs Analyses, and help craft program designs based on the output of these meetings
  • Support the development of In-house Programs by engaging and communicating effectively with Department Chairs and Faculty
  • Contribute to the financial target of Executive Education at a team and individual levels, and prepare program budgets during proposal stage to ensure required EBITDA margin per program is achieved
  • Liaise with various departments for all the different needs of the account/program
  • Maintain and update client records in the School/s database/CRM
