Admissions Associate

Description

The Admissions Associate is expected to work with the Recruitment Coordinators in the recruitment and admissions of the school’s degree programs under the general guidance of the WSGSB Head.

Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience

Skills

  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation and computer skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skilled at managing multiple priorities. With good organizational skills.

  1. Closely coordinates with the Recruitment and Admissions Team on all recruitment activities and efforts of GSB.
  2. Schedule and coordinates AIM admissions test and interviews of prospective applicants, their profile and all other documents related to their application.
  3. Follow up on pending requirements of the applicants.
  4. Generates reports and insights gathered on leads (i.e. effectivity of ad, event, other sources).
  5. Prepare reports on admissions progress to the School Head.
  6. Cleans and filters all WSGSB leads. Creates and sorts database for all leads coming from different sources.
  7. Maintains database and filing of all applicant and student folders.
  8. Leads in sending mailers to all the program leads.
  9. Provides logistic support and assistance in meetings, conferences, class sessions, photo-videos, events and the like.
  10. Ensures the prompt processing of purchase requests and payments to vendors, suppliers and trainers in recruitment and admissions-related events and activities.
  11. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned time to time.
