AIM trains business, government, and civil society leaders to manage the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly integrating Asian region. Armed with a clear understanding of how to do business in Asia, AIM’s graduates in 70-plus countries have made their way to the top of the world’s leading companies and organizations.
AIM has three schools:
- W. SyCip Graduate School of Business (WSGSB). GSB's degree program—the Master in Business Administration (MBA)—is global in scope and content, Asian in context and delivery, and designed with emphasis on practitioner-oriented learning. AIM’s MBA program hones business thinking, analysis, and decision-making. It is a boot camp for management fundamentals and business knowledge.
- Executive Education and Lifelong Learning Center (EXCELL). EXCELL is AIM’s executive development arm. AIM executive education first launched its general management programs in the 1970s, signaling the birth of other programs categorized as open enrollment programs and custom programs. To fulfill the vision of developing Asian leaders and to be recognized as the leading Asian center for executive education and lifelong learning, EXCELL continues to widen its reach within the region through various world-class programs and keen sensitivity to the needs of the corporate world.
- Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Development Management (SZGSDM). Formerly known as the Center for Development (CDM) is AIM’s response to the challenge of sustaining Asian development. Its mission is to mold the next generation of development leaders and change agents at the development organization level and in government. SZGSDM works with emerging nations to build a national corps of public managers who can supervise public service delivery programs, including poverty reduction projects. SZGSDM’s Master in Development Management program and certificate programs seek to produce development catalysts who are capable of implementing programs with the largest impact on the poorest and focused on building strong institutions for sustainability.
