The briefing will be conducted from a video-conference facility at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC). It will involve live, interactive video connections to eight designated sites in ASEAN Member States (Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam) and ASEAN Dialogue Partners (Australia, China, Japan, and Republic of Korea). Audiences will comprise representatives from regional and international organizations, diplomatic community, policy and law makers, civil society, media and the private sector.
 

This briefing will be conducted in collaboration with the World Bank and the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN) in the East Asia and Pacific Region. A video streaming of the briefing will be publicly available at http://streaming.jointokyo.org
