The
leadership of the Asian Institute of Management in management
education is largely anchored on its faculty as a key resource.
AIM’s
full-time faculty members are armed with doctorate and master’s
degrees in management and related fields from prestigious
universities in Asia, the United States, and Europe. Their
strong academic foundation in their fields of specialization
has resulted in extensive research, publications, and case
studies primarily on the Asian business experience.
But
more than just academicians, AIM professors are experienced
managers as well. They have acted as directors and consultants
to business, government, and non-government organizations.
Many have served as CEOs or COOs of private corporations
and as ministers of government. And coming from Asia’s
cornucopia of cultures, AIM professors are the acknowledged
experts at providing relevant Asian solutions to distinctly
Asian management problems.
