MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE)- Cebu Holdings has named a new president.
Cebu Holdings said it has appointed Aniceto V. Bisnar as president. He replaces Francis O. Monera who served as director and president for 8 years. Monera retired at the end of 2014.
Cebu Property Ventures, the owner and developer of the Cebu IT Park, also appointed Bisnar as president and director, effective January 1. He also replaced Monera as Cebu Property Ventures' president.
The 50-year-old Bisnar is a Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc.'s Visayas-Mindanao Group.
He is Executive Vice President of Cebu Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Ceci Realty, Inc., Aurora Properties, Inc. and Vesta Property Holdings, Inc.; General Manager of Greenfield Development Corporation; Chairman of Crimson Field Enterprises, Inc., and Director of Red Creek Properties, Inc.
Bisnar was previously the head of commercial operations at Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation which developed Bonifacio Global City.
He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science at the Philippine Military Academy in 1985 and earned his Masters in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management in 1989.
Bisnar joined Ayala Land in 1994. He took Master Planning and Urban Housing & Mixed Use Development Program of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 1996.
