Requires GMAT/ GRE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • At least two years work experience



  • A Bachelor's degree from a nationally-recognized university
  • 30 years old on the year of study
  • Proficiency in oral and written English (IELTS Band 6 recommended for applicants from non-English speaking countries)
  • At least six years full-time work experience
    (3 years supervisory or managerial position)

Applying for admission is easy by submitting your online application. Before you apply, read the procedure, take note of the deadlines, and prepare the admissions requirements.




Submit completed application online.


Once application is complete, email the following documents in PDF format to for MBA applicants only.

          a. Resume

          b. GMAT or GRE Official Score Report for MBA applicants; AIM Admission Test (AIMAT) may only be taken
              by MDM or EMBA applicants in addition to GMAT or GRE as admission test.

          c. Transcript of Academic Records

          d. Professional Recommendation (see attached form)


If an applicant qualifies for interview, a schedule will be sent to his/her registered email account.


The result of the application will be sent again to your registered email account by AIM Admissions Director (Note: A hard copy of the application result may be requested from the Admissions office).

  • 2x2 ID Photo
  • Resume
  • GMAT or GRE or AIM Admissions Test (AIMAT) result

Note: The AIMAT may be taken at AIM in Makati, to any representative offices of AIM abroad or at the local test centers in key cities in the Philippines (click here for a full list of AIM representative offices). For further information on AIMAT, GMAT or GRE, please email Romy Recillo at or you may call the Admissions office thru 892 4011 ext. 1819.


If the applicant qualifies for interview, he or she will receive an interview schedule. All final requirements must be submitted before his or her interview.

Final Requirements

  • Transcript of academic records
  • One professional recommendation
  • ID page of passport
  • Business registration (for self-employed applicants)
  • Medical certification/clearance (inclusive of complete blood count, urinalysis and chest x-ray)

Note: If any of the required documents is in a language other than English, the applicant is requested to have the document translated into English in the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest his or her residence.


After the interview, the application result will be sent to your registered email account.
