MBA

Requires GMAT/ GRE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • At least two years work experience

Evening EMBA

Requires AIMAT/ GMAT/ GRE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • At least four years full-time work experience
  • At least two years in a managerial position

MDM

Requires AIMAT/ GMAT/ GRE

  • A Bachelor's degree from a nationally-recognized university
  • 30 years old on the year of study
  • Proficiency in oral and written English (IELTS Band 6 recommended for applicants from non-English speaking countries)
  • At least six years full-time work experience
    (3 years supervisory or managerial position)

Applying for admission is easy by submitting your online application. Before you apply, read the procedure, take note of the deadlines, and prepare the admissions requirements.

MBA

Procedure:

STEP 1

Submit completed application online.

STEP 2

Once application is complete, email the following documents in PDF format to gsb.recruitment@aim.edu for MBA applicants only.

          a. Resume

          b. GMAT or GRE Official Score Report for MBA applicants; AIM Admission Test (AIMAT) may only be taken
              by MDM or EMBA applicants in addition to GMAT or GRE as admission test.

          c. Transcript of Academic Records

          d. Professional Recommendation (see attached form)

STEP 3

If an applicant qualifies for interview, a schedule will be sent to his/her registered email account.

STEP 4

The result of the application will be sent again to your registered email account by AIM Admissions Director (Note: A hard copy of the application result may be requested from the Admissions office).

Evening EMBA

Procedure:

STEP 1

Submit the following requirements to emba.recruitment@aim.edu

• Application form (Click here to download the form)
• Resume
• Essay
• Professional Recommendation (Click here to download the form) If you have a business, submit the     Certificate of Business Registration, in lieu of the Professional Recommendation.
• Transcript of Records
• 2x2 ID photo (Note: In white background and wearing a corporate attire)
• ID page of passport
• Medical Certificate  (Click here to download the form)

STEP 2

Pay the AIMAT fee of PHP 2,000 or USD 50.00. After your payment, you may choose a date for your AIM Admission Test.  You may disregard such payment if you have your official GMAT or GRE score report.

STEP 3

If you qualify after the preliminary screening, you will be advised of your interview schedule

Note: If any of the required documents is in a language other than English, the applicant is requested to have the document translated into English in the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest his or her residence.

STEP 4

The Admissions office will notify you of your application status.

MDM
 
Procedure:
 
STEP 1

Upload the following documents (PDF format) in the “submit requirements section”:
Resume
Essay
2x2 ID Photo
GMAT / GRE (If you have any of these exams, please proceed to Step 3)
 
If you meet our standard qualifications, we will provide you a schedule to enable you to take the AIM Admission Test.
 
STEP 3
 
If you qualify after the preliminary screening, submit the following requirements (PDF format): 
Transcript of academic records
Professional recommendation (Click here to download the form)
ID page of passport (must be at least 3 years valid upon submission)
Medical certification/clearance - inclusive of complete blood count, urinalysis and chest x-ray  (Click here to download the form)
 
Note: If any of the required documents is in a language other than English, the applicant is requested to have the document translated into English in the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest his or her residence.
